In what can only be described as an unprecedented year for our Club, Ballina Stephenites GAA Club has faced one of the most challenging periods since its establishment and indeed all clubs around the country faced the same predicaments during 2021.

As 2022 season is about to start, and a return to club and intercounty football, towards the spring period, the Club would like to acknowledge and thank the hard work of Senior team management;

With big improvements and steps made by the senior team, in the last four years, from regulation to finishing in the top four in club championship, these improvements were not only made on the field but also in the changing room; by instilling pride and desire in players and the club as a whole, to do better and be better, we have made a big step forward, as we look ahead.

The club also wants to acknowledge the work of, physio’s Kevin O’Mahoney and John Courell and Dr Sean Moffatt for their continued support of the team and never to forget our kit men P Egan, supported by Damien O’Hora in 2021.
